These Terms & Conditions apply to orders, purchases and use of the Hill of Products website.

Hill of Products supplies surgical, veterinary, reptile, sterilization and beauty instruments. Product availability, specifications and pricing may change without prior notice.
Prices may be changed when necessary. Orders may require advance payment. Hill of Products reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where required payment has not been completed.
A cancellation request for a standard, non-custom order must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, cancellation may not be accepted.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customization is currently limited to sterilization cassette design, packaging and colours.
Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, clearance costs and other region-specific charges imposed by their local authorities.
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and in accordance with professional requirements. Hill of Products is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Website content, including the Hill of Products name, logo, text, product images and original product presentation materials, may not be copied or reused without permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
